Merging Elements is a privately held firm that was founded in December 2000 by Umesh Jain. Mr. Jain has over 15 years of experience in leading Operations, Information Technology, Customer Management, and Business Strategy functions. He brings with him global experience of working in Asia, Europe, Latin America and United States. In his 15 year career, Mr. Jain was the Senior Vice President of Strategy and CIO at PRC, LLC, a global contact center outsourcing firm, a Managing Partner at marchFIRST (formally USWeb/CKS), where he create and ran the global Contact Center and CRM practice, as well as the regional contact center technology domain partner at Cambridge Technology Partners. Mr. Jain received his Bachelors degree in Computer Systems and Electronics Engineering from Kings College, University of London, and his MBA from the University of Miami in Florida, United States. MissionMerging Elements is focused on helping clients maximize return on their investment in customers. The company has developed a framework around the "7 Stages of Customer Life" that provides a structured approach to understanding an organizations existing capabilities and customer portfolio. With this as a baseline, Merging Elements then utilizes a set of proprietary tools and methodologis with extensive data analysis to help develop a customer strategy with an execution roadmap.
